At FROMM Packaging, we know how frustrating it can be when you pay for something and are short-changed. That’s why we give all our customers a firm guarantee that if you pay for 2000 metres of plastic wrap, that’s what you get!

In fact, we have created the initiative - EVERY METRE MATTERS - to highlight the discrepancies between what you expect and what you receive from suppliers. We want to educate our customers so that they know what’s right.

Why do some consumables come up short? 

Some suppliers of stretch film don’t always give you the exact length of materials quoted in their specifications. This is because there is often up to a 5% variation between different batches, which can result in a shortage of up to 100 metres on every roll.

At FROMM Packaging, we are always searching for ways to go the extra mile for our customers. This is why we give you a guarantee that every roll of FROMM manufactured stretch film is the exact same length (or even greater) as what’s quoted on our technical specification sheets. This means that if you order a 2000 metre roll of plastic wrap, you will get 2000 metres or more. You will always get what you pay for at FROMM.
